The Constitution has been trashed, replaced by the Patriotic Act 2. The President now has powers that have never been allowed. The Demos have done nothing, not a thing. nSo there just as bad if not worse the Pubs that pushed this through. The election of Bush was the most unconstitutional events. We had a President appointed by 1 vote of the Supreme court. Your vote meant nothing. Now you mean nothing. Washington is going crazy with this new found power. The corporations have finally gained control. We have 2 chances. 1. get real people out there to vote for, make them have debates, every week, unscripted, write an article in their hand every week in the paper a half a page. No more soft money to the candidates. Howard Dean raised 50 million in just a few months, average donation, under $10.00, then the Demos got scared and gave him a piece of power he could not let go. So We The People can still do it, but time is running out. 2nd choice, well that is why the 2nd Amendment is there.

The administration has done a good job and absolutely within Constitutional bounds of protecting the country from foreign threats. Be careful of drinking the 'progressive' koolaid. Leftists have already infiltrated the education system (why are schools controlled by the government?), the legal system, the mainstream media, and the Congress. Taxes control your income. Environmentalism controls where you live, what you drive and what you can do for a living. Nationalized healthcare controls your life and health choices. Doublespeak like 'Fairness Doctrine' will take away freedom of speech and replace it with government approved information. We will not freedom left if Liberal Democrats take the Whitehouse. The only thing in their way is the Constitution..

Please, do inform us of what "freedoms" we have left (not right) to lose.

McDonalds vs Burger king?

Coke vs Pepsi?

Paper vs Plastic?

Apparently the Bill of Rights was far too "Liberal" and "left of center."

Well, you still have the right to bend over and take it like a doggy

anthing beyond that is academically foggy

the only thing that nobody will dispute ever

is the undeniable truth that Shrub Bush is the Worst President Ever!

Only a moron would assert it wasn't the truth

or maybe some geek biting chicken heads off in a booth

at some fair in some state half the populace drinks water with lead

and the rest have taken at least one cousin to bed!

Thats rich some Rothschild whining about our rights when their family pulled the financial strings of europe for over 100 years. Often having several countries owing them fortunes with high interest at the same time.

UK, Germany, France,

What about the right of citizens not to be enslaved to money lenders?

Oh look Bush is going into debt, is he getting the money from the wrong people?

What if his name was Schwartz or Levy? Would you be so reluctant to listen to what he is saying? Suppose his name was Smith - would you listen then?

It seems to me he is speaking out for all Americans. Even you.

Ir's clear you have one right

that's not too foggy

you have the right to bend over

and take it like a doggy!

You have the right to shut up

and do as you're told

just like you have the right

to give your vote to Diebold!

You have the right

to shut up aand sit down

because you'll be told what to do

by an unelected clown!

You have the right to obey

and to get into line

just like they used to do

on he banks of the Rhine!

You have the right to nothing

King George has taken it away

just like the other one

in the olden day!

Anyone with the last name of "Rothschild", I would approach with caution.

On another note, you have no rights if you don't know what they are.

Lets refocus. You have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These are your only specified rights.

You have Constitutional guarantees and limitations. Such as the Constitutional guarantee to due process before being deprived of life, liberty, or property.

DON'T YOU GET IT ?!

Further you have the duty and obligation to protect someone else's rights by learning how to exercise your power as a juror....see www.fija.org

This is a different country that old Europe, and its about time we start behaving that way.

Oh my, such ignorance...

"On another note, you have no rights if you don't know what they are."

Even if you know your rights or what they should be that does not mean that you have them. The only rights you have are those that state is willing to protect.

If you don't believe me ask Rodney King if he had a right not to have his ass whooped by 4 cops. But you don't have to look that far into history, just look at what happened with Padilla. Make no mistake about it that can happen to you.

"You have Constitutional guarantees and limitations."

Constitution is not for you, it's for the government. It states what it can and cannot do. That in itself DOES NOT guarantee any rights.

Those who are familiar with history know that practically every president at least since FDR has violated Constitution at one time or another.

What concerns jury duty then this applies ONLY to those who have been selected for it and who still would be instructed by the judge.

the Rothchilds more or less own us as a country through one corporate means or another. There are several good books out detailing this. Your freedoms and rights are limited and deminishing more and more each year, by these same people and their cronies (Rockefeller's, Bush's, etc...).The greedier and more power drunk these people get, along with their twisted intellectual outlooks and philosophies ,means they strip us of our rights and freedoms a little more each year , to get what they want. A day late, a dollar short and probably nothing that can ever be done about it.Especially by a people that can never come to terms with the fact they've been duped for a very long time.

"You Have No Rights" sums it up nicely, and someone named Rothchild knows it better than anyone .

A quote from Ben Franklin "We have a republic if we can hold onto it"

We lost our grasp a long time ago.

Truzseeker and neoheretic, ot everyone named Rothschild is related to the famous European family of financiers.

Matthew in particular is not related.

Bush has degraded, disregarded and trashed our Constitution and if it was up to him become the ultimate decider of what's good for us. I'm sure we all have rights that he'd very much like to control. And can any of the detractors of this article refute any of the incidents Mr. Rothchild has cited?

Rothschild is right. Question is when did Bush cross him? What over? Is this just another way of opposite psychology to help a demon keep control a nation? Can he really change the negative goings on in this country back to a positive? Does he have a solution? It will take more than just voting to get back people power.

Maybe, by electing another Republican that starts the process of removing his hand from my pocket, that has the kahunies to stand up to terror rather than try to appease it (the last great appeasement ocurred in the 1930's (other than Carters and Clinton's) when liberals tried to appeased Hitler rather than stand -up to him and killed millions upon millions of people) A president that will send illegals back to Mexico and control our southern border. Certainly one that if offered Bin Laudin has the guts to take him. One that does not try to make every loser that has made bad decisions all his or her life, my problem. You people squander power. Clinton paid for N. Korea nukes. Repubs fixed it. Clinton fired 93 US Attorneys and his AG killed 180 men WOMEN and CHILDREN in Waco and liberals want to fire Gonzales. And you want power??? DUMB!

When you liberals respond. If you can respond without name calling and either refute what I have said or show me where I am wrong. Which of the statements is incorrect. Oh, by the way, I don't believe that I or you or anyone has the right to send or receive telephone calls from known Al Quida operatives. I am in favor of those calls being taped, in fact, I sure hope they are taped. Does not interfere with rights, as you do not have that right.

sorry to burst your bubble but it was FDR and the Democrats that manuevered this country to war with Hitler. The Republicans were isolationists and appeasers. War was not seen as good for business. When the war was over, Truman started the Truman doctrine of containment to fight Soviet aggression the mantel of which was picked up by every subsequent president both Democrat and Republican. I don't know what history book you get your "facts" from but I would take it back and try to get a refund.

avatar

Agreed, FDR was in favor of war but his party and Congress were full of appeasers and would not support that effort. He and Churchill conspired but without Honolulu the appeasers would have taken the day. I also remember JFK sending my skinny bvtt to Vietnam and LBJ doing his damndest to get it shot off.

If there were more democrats like FDR and JFK your party would not be the cesspool it is today. They sure as hell would support the wiretaps and not be wringing their lilly white hands and declaring defeat like you sh!theads.

Antitax, why do Branch Davidians like yourself keep saying so many people were killed at Waco.

Everyone BUT Branch Davidians know that it was only 79, and NO, David Koresh DOES NOT count as 101 souls, by any means.

As a Venezuelan friend of mine so aptly put it today... It seems that Bush has secretly been studying Hugo Chavez' play book and is envious of the powers that Hugo has recently been given by his rubber stamp congress.. We have to be careful not to give him any more powers or Bush and his VP may be staying in power on the 20th of January of 2009...

avatar

It is doubtful that you have any friends, Venezuelan or otherwise as you are so freeking paranoid. Must be the sour grapes!

Wait until they come for the guns, wait till they tell you who you can associate with, wait until they tell you what to believe, oh wait, BUSH has started chipping away at your rights. If you hang out with someone who turns out to be a bad person, you are guilty by association. They will lock you away and forget the trial. If you complain about what is going on in the USA, then your not being a patriot!

avatar
Reply

They already know who has the guns, the apparent liberalization of CCW may seem like a 2nd amendment victory, all it does is get you into the HSS fingerprint and photo file. So they know where to come

We can be arrested on "conspiracy" charges, no right to an Attorney, family not told your location, no phone call,s indefinitely

These are in Patriotic act 2. Which sailed through congress, with Demos voting for it. Their all drunk with the power given by the corporate leaders. Look at what's happening in Alaska.

A patriot, does more then complain, it's past that point. Dems and Pubs love PAT 2. So either change who runs, make it people like you, willing to invest their time to discuss and maybe not always agree, but at least a discourse takes place. No soft money " Weekly, real debates, write an opinion statement that they will be held to . Money is raised from the people. Change it, or the loss is permanent. The tree of liberty is almost dead from lack of water.

Candida I asked those questions because I would like to figure Rothschild's true motivation. Of course only the people can change things and that is only if We the People make sure that we have a copy of who we vote for in our possession when we leave the voting booth this time. The electoral vote should be abolished. It no longer serves the people as individual. There is something between the lines. (like) Read between the lines.
